Scheduling Requirements

  • There is a $25-$100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking depending on service.

  • Due to the global pandemic each client must wash their hands upon entering and wear a face mask the covers the nose and mouth during the entire treatment. 

  • If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please cancel your appointment: coughing, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 10 minutes late a $10 fee will be added to your services.

  • You will receive a confirmation text with address and pre-treatment instructions once your appointment is scheduled.


Cancellation Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment can be cancelled at our discretion.

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. If 24-hour notice is not given, you forfeit your deposit.

  • If you have paid for a package and cancellation or rescheduling of appointments does not occur at least 24 hours in advance, a $25 fee will be added to your next visit.

  • Deposit can be transferred to one future appointment only if cancellation or rescheduling of appointment is within the required 24-hour time frame.

  • If you “no call, no show” you will not be permitted to book future appointments.
