Scheduling Requirements
There is a $25-$100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking depending on service.
Due to the global pandemic each client must wash their hands upon entering and wear a face mask the covers the nose and mouth during the entire treatment.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please cancel your appointment: coughing, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 10 minutes late a $10 fee will be added to your services.
You will receive a confirmation text with address and pre-treatment instructions once your appointment is scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment can be cancelled at our discretion.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. If 24-hour notice is not given, you forfeit your deposit.
If you have paid for a package and cancellation or rescheduling of appointments does not occur at least 24 hours in advance, a $25 fee will be added to your next visit.
Deposit can be transferred to one future appointment only if cancellation or rescheduling of appointment is within the required 24-hour time frame.
If you “no call, no show” you will not be permitted to book future appointments.
